Could code CO210 mean I need to replace ECU in my Toyota Sienna 2002?

Had hub assembly replaced on both right and left rear at Midas...still got same warning lights (ABS and brake light). Took it to Toyota dealership...they say whole on-board computer needs to be replaced (YIKES)! Since replacement of hubs, car drives fine!

It is possible the abs computer needs replacing. The car is safe to drive with the lights on.
