It means that the Engine Control Module (ECM) have detected incorrect information from the Throttle Position Sensor and Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. Unfortunately you need to have an special tool to monitor both sensors with the engine running to find out which one is failing. If you already replaced the TPS, then is very likely that the problem is the MAF or the MAF harness or connectors.
