I got the DTC P1315 on a Lexus RX300, what is IGF1 or IGF4, what can i do to correct this problem?

Hi there

This code means igniter circuit malfunction #4.

Basically in most cases this means there is a problem with the ignition coil on cylinder #4, most cases replacing the coil will resolve the problem.
