So i lost my original car key and called a locksmith to program me a new one for my 07' 350z. once he was done the car started up and drove and was like that all day. but this morning it wouldn't crank or start so i plugged up the ODB2 and got a P1615 code. is it the key thats faulty or the system?

Hi there,

This code indicates an issue with the key. If you have an aftermarket key, they won't hold the codes. Here is some more info for you.
