I have a 2006 Honda CRV who's check engine light went on this past weekend. The car was connected to a scan reader, where the following codes and explanations were obtained:

P1009 Camshaft stuck in advanced position

P1078 Intake manifold tuning valve long stuck

83-1 Engine control module (ECM) powertrain control module (PCM) relation malfunction

Further note that the check engine light is now currently off. Please also note that the car received regular oil/filter changes from various oil change shops every 4K miles.

Can you provide an expert interpretation as to what the combination of these codes suggest regarding failed components and needed repairs? Is this more suggestive of a failed sensor?

Please advise and recommend a course of action.

Thank you.

Vehicle: 2006 Honda CRV, 2.4 L 4-cylinder
