Code 2503 2006 Dodge Charger 3.5

Question

2006 Dodge Charger 3.5 , I've changed the battery and alt both at the same time. Ive changed the water pump also but didn't change the belt .Car is loosing major power , will start up sometimes but will shut completely off no matter if it's in drive or park , in the on position everything works (lights, windows, radio, etc) I've had a diagnostic , mechanic stated that he got a code from everything that's was electrically ran (says he's never seen that before says he even got a code for my air bags) battery light is on and blinking , esp light is on. I just need to know what the issue please I'm just starting to give up , but I really love this car. Engine will make rough suction noise as if its not getting any air I'm assuming , and it also shakes rough and then it'll just shut off . I've also been through 3 brand new alts. So I'm not sure what the problem is , please help !!!

Since replacing the alternator hasn't solved the issue, it's most likely a wiring or PCM issue. Here is some info for you.
