03 Nissan Maxima gle need help with codes

Question

I just put 6 new plugs an coils on it started it and ran perfect shut it off hooked up code reader an said no code s push read an all this showed up (mil off) (monitrs)(catlyst)(evap)(o2snsr)(02 htr)(misfire)(fuel comp) pls help only car we have an need it badly hope to hear from u soon thanks an godbless

Hi there

This is only the code reader showing the available monitors in the computer. This doesn't mean you have any problem, it usually is only pointing out if the monitors have run or not.
