scanner showes 302 deg. when cold

code p0117 is on even when engine is cold. my scanner shows 302 degrees. I swapped the sensors. Same thing. There is voltage at sensor 1 but not at sensor 2

Hi there,

This points to an issue with the ETC. If there is no voltage at sensor two, it's likey a wiring issue. Here is some more in for you.
