2002 VW New Beetle 1.8 t gas

Question

Po411 code came on, so I replaced the pump. Cleared code. then code p0421 came on. Thought it was on because of the new air pump so i cleared it. Now p0411 came back this time says incorrect air flow. Need help.

Sorry I am new to this. So let me answer ur reply question. YES I have replaced the air pump, and the 2nd air hose. I have replaced the PC value crank and camshaft sensors both 02 sensors. Fuel filter and pump. Speed sensor. And battery.

Thank u. I don't believe it's the converter, I also just put new o2 sensors bank 1 and bank 2.I also have new hoses on the 2nd air. I did get the pump at a salvage, Is there a way to test the pump?
