P0411 and P022 Volkswagen - Beetle

Question

Im buying a first car and the owner of one said the car runs fine but P0411 and P022 are the error codes making the check engine light stay on. I really dont need this car to be all that great just cheep and safe to drive for at least a year without too many problems. I dont know much about cars and I don't want it to blow up on me or anything after buying it. Do you think the problems are not a big deal for a driver like myself? I know after attempting some research P022 is the throttle/ petal position sensor and P0411 is secondary air injection system incorrect flow detached but Im unsure if those are major problems. Please respond fast as possible thanks so much!!

P0411 Secondary air injection incorrect flow detected

P0222 Throttle pedal position sensor switch "B" circuit low

The secondary air injection can be the air injection pump motor being non operational, or the air injection hose slipping off, P0222 this is more of a problem where the solution may require a throttle valve control module.Both theses code are very common with the VW.
