these codes po135 and po120 but in po135 my car exhaust is also leak

I get these codes po135 and po120 but in po135 when i start the car engine light is not on when i drive like 5 to 8 minutes then engine light come on and my car exhaust is also leak
What will be the actually problem and how i can fix it
My car is toyota land cruiser Gx 2002 4.5 v6
