GMC produced a TSB about this condition which also code P2135, TSB # PIP3089B what this TSB is about is a loose crimp wire at the throttle body connector or a broken throtte body circuit. You will need to look for the poor connection between the terminal and the copper strand of the wire , the outer wire will look fine but the internal copper strands may be partially broken , you may find breaks that occur 1 to 4 inches of the throttle body connector , there is also a throttle body pigtail available for this code condition repair.
