I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota V6. The P1297 was the code that showed up, and they said it was the MAP sensor. I replaced it, but there is no change in the vehicle. So, what else could the code mean?

Hi there

There could be an issue with the ecm, the wiring from the map sensor to the ecm or a problem with the vacuum line being clogged to the map sensor. These all will cause the code to appear.
