Electronic problem

Question

When the key illuminated sometimes the gauges down to zero and all warning sign in control panel come out and after few sec. Back to normal. and also the radio change the program, cd to am radio, and the temp. No. blinking and change to. Centigrade to frnhte in ac heater control swicth.... yesterday i found the seat heater pad wire Is cut.. (not yet fix) it’s possible cause? I hope you can help me, thank you
