Car wont start after readiator replacement

Question

I replaced the Radiator in my 2001 Altima. Went to start car and security light which normally blinks when car is off was not lit up or blinking. put key in and tried to start but nothing at all happens. Disconnected battery and cleaned terminals - nothing. Do I have to reset the security or computer and how do I do it? Thanks!
