Multiple Codes 2002 Pontiac Grand Am

Question

My daughter 2002 Pontiac grand am throwing multiple codes when check engine light turns on. I'm aware of the abs brake error code already . the car starts then cuts off. It will restart later but its an ongoing issue that comes and goes.

U1301

The fuel regulator has been replaced already.

Based an all the codes, it looks like you may have a problem with the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM). Either the EBCM is bad or the EBCM is not properly connected. You may be able to find a rebuilt EBCM online, it's a very common problem.
