Code p0335 for 1.3 liter Chevy metro after changing the crankshaft sensor

Replace the crankshaft sensor car runs good for a while then engine shuts off for a few then starts back up ran code again and it's the same p0335

This sounds like a possible wiring issue from the crank sensor to the ecm, or a faulty crank sensor. If it's not a dealer part it's not uncommon to run into this issue. It could also be a faulty ecm, but since there is actually a code being stored it seems unlikely.
