This code is actually for a lean fuel mixture. With the engine running, take some carb cleaner and spray it around the intake manifold. Pay careful attention around the pcv valve. If the idle speed increases or smooths out, then you have a vacuum leak causing the lean mixture.

There are several other things that can cause this issue as well.Low fuel pump pressure, bad mass air flow sensor, faulty injector,plugged converter are just a few.
