codes p0171 and p2195

what is most likely the issue when you get codes p0171 and p2195 on 2005 Acura RSX base model? also a lot louder at idle and especially during acceleration.

The first code is for a lean fuel mixture, the second code is for the rear O2 sensor stuck lean. In some cases the rear O2 sensor can cause the lean fuel mixture code. In this case it's possible you have a problem with the mass air flow sensor causing a lean mixture and change in the engine sound. the rear O2 may not actually have a problem because the engine is running lean.
