P2195  Heated 02 sensor 1 bank1 signal stuck lean

For P2414 this is set when the connector are not properly  making contact due to resistance or poor connection,  Vacuum leaks are the main causes of lean condition vacuum leaks can come from the intake gasket PCV hose bad vacuum connection, Another cause is fuel pressure low fuel pressure from a fuel filter, The fuel pressure at idle should be 49 psi, A worn MAF (mass air flow) can also cause the false lean bank reading,
