Code p0011 ivtcs cam shaft help please this is frustrated me to no end

Question

I think I did everything I could. I was late not by much changing the oil. I changed it right away because some I had the typical Infiniti codes..cam shaft position sensor. I replaced the cam shaft bank 2 and crank sensor. After that the p0011 came on. I cleaned the ivtcs. Then I flushed out my oil just to be safe. After that, I cleaned the solenoid again. And I've tested just the harness and it's fine. What the heck do I have left? I'm stumped. Thanks so much. Btw my car has zero symptoms. Not even a stall an idle issue or start.
