If code p1065 apears , do i have to replace the ecm on car ?

Its a 05 Nissan Altima 2.5l . the cars is also missing an air intake duct, not the hose

How is the battery voltage? Have you tried clearing the code? if the code comes back then it's very likely that you may have to replace the ECM to fix the problem.
