2005 chevy equinox is running hot

Question

we already flushed water system an replaced thermostate, temperture sensor an water pump that all seem to be old an not to much for parts , but still running Hot !! an we bleed the bleeder !! is it true if inside the overflow bottle is bubbling you have a blowed head gasket ??? there is no water in the oil an it is not smoking out the exhaust !! please let me know what you think !! im a bodyman for many years an we do a little mechanic work !!
