Have 2 codes P0446 and P0455 and have trouble filling fuel tank

My 2009 F350 has had check engine light on for over two years with no apparrant issues and just recently I have not been able to fill my fuel tank without the nozzle shutting off repeatedly like the tank is full. But it is NOT

The P0446 code is for the vent control system on the charcoal canister. This is actually the likely issue. If the vent is closed, then the fuel vapors will be trapped in the canister. Then when you go to fill the truck with gas there's no place for the new vapors to go, the end result is the pump shutting off.

The other code is for a large evap emissions leak. This can be the gas cap or one of the hoses. Here is some more info on that code.
