This code means idle air control overspeed.

Usually there is a small vacuum leak on the elbow for the pcv valve that causes to high an idle speed. Replace the elbow and it will resolve the issue. This can also be the result of the IAC valve itself. If it's sticky it might be causing the problem. You can remove it and clean it up. Then reinstall it to resolve the problem.
