need help the engine stuttering problems and code error

So yesterday it started stuttering a little bit and today it's will not go over 25 miles an hour or over 3000 RPMs showing that only problem is the code p0325

The most common problem would be the mass air flow sensor. This sensor can fail without setting a code. If it's reading wrong, the fuel mix will be wrong and the computer will cut off the fuel supply at about 3k rpms. 

The P0325 is for the knock sensor. This code won't even turn the light on and is not causing the issue you are having.
