oil control solenoid?

I already changed cam sensors didn't fix problem I think it's oil control valve but there's three of them so I don't know which is intake or exhaust

It's very possible this code is the result of low or dirty oil. Low oil pressure can also cause this. Here is a diagram of it's location on the engine.
