Intermittent engine knock mostly when engine cold and only under mild acceleration on slight incline 30-40 mph and around 2000rpm. Always smooth idle and very good acceleration.  Rarely but does occur with fully warm engine and always around that same speed and rpm. Never had a check engine light or code show up.  Had injector and intake service by dealer, using Shell or Mobil premium fuel.  Other causes??
Vehicle: 2004 Inifinity I35 3.5 V6

This condition does not sound like a concern, what happens at this arrangement is the transmission is ready to shift , you can use a higher octane, The VIAS is not going to cause this
