2 plugs is not working of the six plugs

Question

Before the car is suffer from over heating and after we treat the over heating, later we discover that the engine work is not functioning well but the over heating, I checked all the plug coil after that I changed all d plug yet the engine work is not balanced and it consume a lot of fuel

You have a head gasket, when the engine overheats, and you use a treatment , this is only for where water escapes out into to the cooling system , not when there is combustion that is causing the cooling system to over pressurize, When the engine over heats having aluminum cylinder heads it will warp, there you would loose compression especially if the cylinder that is misfiring is right next to each other

Please what exactly do I do to make the engine work perfectly?? since when I av stop the over heating, the engine is  not functioning well, two side of the plug not functioning
