two side of my Mazda MPV 2001 model P0443 engine plug not functioning well

My Mazda MPV 2001 model P0443 is suffer from over heating before and we av stop that one, later we now discovered that the engine work is not functioning properly, precisely two side of the plugs not functioning well (not firing) what should I do to make it work balance because it vibrates when the engine is working that makes it consume a lot of fuel ⛽
