What could possibly the problem since the car is not starting

P0135 is for the 02 sensor Bank 1 sensor 1 heater circuit malfunction, the car would still start and run and drive, you would use more fuel, but it would run and  drive, , The basic check has to be done such as is is the engine getting fuel as in enough fuel pressure, then there is there ignition spark,and mechanical codntion has to be check is the timing belt or the timing chain all intact, P0135 is not the cause for the no start
