I got the engine code P0135 on my 2006 Toyota Avanza, what does the code mean?

This code refers to the O2 sensor 1 on bank 1 of the engine. The heater circuit is not working properly according to the computer. The most common issue for this code is the bank 1 O2 sensor, sensor BEFORE the catalytic converter.
