Would this(P2645) be a power train warranty issue?

Check engine light comes on. OBD II codes reads P2645 A rocker arm actuator issue. Need to know if this problem is considered and covered by Warranty that specifies "actuators". as part of their 100,000 mile power train warranty.

Any component that turns the CK ENG LT is covered by the powertrain warranty, The whole purpose of the CK ENG LT is to protect the catalytic convertor and the catalytic convertor is to protect the environment from harmful emission produced by the vehicle.
