DTC P0157 bank 2 sensor 2 along with p0017 bank 2 senor 8 came up how serious is this

P0017 is for an issue with the cam and crank senor correlation, this has nothing to do with the O2 sensor and will really depend on which of the sensors isn't working properly.

P0157 is indeed for the bank 2 sensor 2 O2 sensor. In most cases replacing the rear sensor on bank 2 will solve the problem.
