Vehicle wont start dealership thinks its Powertrain Control Module very expensive and suggestions?

If it is the ECM  shop around, you are better off buying it at any auto part store, some even come with a lifetime warranty and the part store can even reflash the VIN. Buy yourself a dozen  if you don't have a hobby make this is in replacing the ECM  a hobby
