Vw golf won't start error p2108 how do I fix

OWas working fine but few weeks ago got a bit unresponsive after overtaking. Once I restarted the engine it was ok. Never did it again. Yesterday it started then when I restarted it was dead. Friend used some attachment which got error p2108? Is this an expensive and timely problem as I need it sorted ASAP for work as a carer

P2108 Throttle actuator control module performance

This code that set fix the situation that the engine did not start that it was dead. Just because the vehicle was unresponsive does not mean the throttle is at fault, VW at this particular year has had throttle wire issue where it harness portion was required for the repair. The best way to approach this is to use a scan tool that communicate well with the VW such as a VAG. If anything you would need the wire crimp repair for the throttle wire.
