HI there

It is possible these codes are the result of exhaust leaks. If there is a leak after the converter but before the rear O2 sensor, then the rear O2 sensors will read wrong which will affect the front O2 sensors fuel mixtures. However, it is more common to have an issue with the front O2 sensors or the mass air flow sensor. Whenever any of these sensors is replaced, the fuel trims must be reset. Otherwise the computer will continue using the old fuel trims and the codes will reappear.
