can a loose nut and missing nut on the rear exhaust cause a p0430?

I am missing a nut and another nut is loose on the rear exhaust manifold. Can that cause the check engine light to come on and read a p0430 code?

Hi there,

The code is for the bank 2 catalytic converter. This is the front converter, so unless the bolts are loose on the radiator side of the engine, it will not cause this code.
