Broken outer PCM cover(top) would this cause improper connection/ volts hence P1193 w/ new part & dying &/or non start? Intermitent.

HI there

This could be an issue or the pcm itself could be bad. 

P0320 means it's not seeing any cranking signal, this is usually the result of a bad cam or crank sensor. This will prevent the car from starting. Here is some more info on it.
