How to fix a misfire on cylinder 4 on a Chrysler Pacifica?

Question

Ive changed spark plug,coil and injector to cylinder 4. Still misfiring, round rough and checked engine light is on. Need guidance to fix the issue

Next check for an intake manifold leak. Spray some carb cleaner along the intake with the engine running. If the idle smooths out, then there is a leak causing the misfire. If there isn't any change then do a compression test to see if there is something wrong with the inside of the engine
