How do I reset the timing angle on this cam. Removed cylinder head

Question

I removed the cylinder head and made the mistake of loosing the bolts 10mm on the sprocket. I need to reset the cam timing. Have engine code p0011. Check and recheck all components and thy appear to be in working condition.
