ac fan will not shut off

Question

Engine fan operating as is should, but when you shut the engine down it will not shut off. I have replaced both fan relays. Code PO480. Whats next ?

In the TIPM (total integrated power module) another name for the fuse relay box, you develop a short , its the low speed that shorted to ground, if you disconnect the lead for the cooling fan, at the fuse relay box check  that connection before going deeper. this commonly seen.
