Will bad fuel pump cause stalling and sputtering and rough idling

Replaced fuel pump and still having same issues. Reading code P0463. What does that mean?

A bad fuel pump can cause those symptoms, however if you replaced it the issue should be resolved. The code is for the fuel level sending unit. It's possible you have an electrical issue going on here.
