Will a 2001 Lexus rx 300 with DIS( individual coils) still have spark? if it jumps time?

Had p1300 and p1325 codes present. Clear codes replaced ecm no codes present no start.

Typically you will lose spark and injection pulse if it jumps time. However it would have to jump by quite a bit. If you have only lost spark and not pulse, it is likely power to the ignition coils causing the problem.
