Why can't I get the P1000 code to clear after installing a new battery?

Installed a new battery, now I'm trying to get my emissions test and they pass the car because the P1000 fault won't clear

To set  the drive monitors you need to meet the drive criteria, Jaguars are not easily met, people drive for weeks and monitors do not set, Give yourself time , just drive it normally , and a miracle is the  only drive criteria, that's is needed. this is so common a problem. miracles setting the monitors does happen
