It odb2 says it's the egr valve code p4402 I replaced it and light still comes on please help

HI there

I believe the code you are looking for is P0402. This code means there is to much EGR flow. Even though you replaced the valve, it's possible something else is happening to keep the valve open even when it shouldn't be. The most common issue would be the egr solenoid. This allows vaccum to the egr valve so it will open. If it's bad it could be allowing the vacuum to constantly get to the valve. Here is some more info on it for you.
