My check engine light came on OBDII P0343 How do I fix it?

I was trying to put a remote starter in my 2002 Corvette and I cut into the orange wire at the switch and touched the ground and I got a spark. The first code I had was P0340 I cleared the OBDII and moved the car the light cam back on so I checked the code again it was P0343. What do I do now?
