On my 2003 Nissan Maxima SE 3.5L replaced both cam sensor and crank still get code p0340 with symptoms. Why?

This usually is a result of a faulty aftermarket sensor or possibly the timing actually being off. You could also have an issue with the wiring or the signal ring. Each of these has to be inspected to find out the issue.
