Car will not start. Codes p1614 and b2190 stored

Question

Engine cranks but won't start with ikey in slot.Checked for dtcs in all systems and the consult screen flashes constantly as if it's being updated. Could not erase codes. tried to register key but would get to the point where you register the keyless remote and wouldn't go further. What is going on w/my car? Just had transmission replaced..could they have messed up the computers? Dealership cannot figure out what's wrong. Is it possible someone at dealership disabled my key?
