2007 Nissan Sentra 2.0L, with codes P1612 and P1614. While programming the system still give inter memory error. What can be the cause of this?

Were you programing the key or updating the ECU? if you were updating the ECU and something happened 95% of the time the ECU will be bad. If you were trying to program a key and have the code for the BCM to program the key try it again you might be locked out (disconnect the battery for an hour or so)

 The code means there is no key programed or it is not reading the key for some reason.
